Коли банда «Брати Джек» жорстоко вбиває чоловіка й доньку Міллі просто в неї на очах, вона дивом виживає та клянеться помститися. Озброївшись відновленим мечем і майже надлюдською рішучістю, Міллі вирушає до занедбаного заводу, де ховаються вбивці. Там на неї чекає кривава, безжальна бійня. They travel from place to place solving paranormal mysteries with the help of Jack's newfound ability to become a super genius when his brain absorbs sunlight.
