Сюжет
Нік Мердер – робітник-металіст, будуючий і ремонтуючий мости. Він одружений на кравчисі Кітті Кейн, сильній і добрій жінці, яка народила йому трьох доньок. Але одного разу Нік заводить любовний роман з рудоволосою красунею на ім’я Тула.Кітті дуже важко переживає зраду чоловіка, намагаючись подолати в собі почуття гніву і образи.
