Wealthy Janki falls in love with poor Jaiprakash, much to the displeasure of her parents, and ends up getting married, and living with her husband. She subsequently gives birth to a daughter. Differences surface between the couple, and Janki leaves Jaiprakash and moves back in with her parents. Jaiprakash wants to see his daughter, but is prevented by Durgaprasad, Janki's dad, so he assumes the guise of a woman, calls himself Laxmi, and starts working as a nanny for his daughter. Complications arise when Durgaprasad gets attracted to Laxmi and wants to marry 'her'.

Unfortunately Princess Catterina falls ill with the mumps and is quarantined for a month aboard ship. Rather than risk having his very lucrative endorsement deal fall through, Gresham hires out-of-work lookalike actress Nancy Lane to impersonate Catterina. Complications arise when she falls in love with investigative reporter Porter Madison, who is looking into Nancy Lane's disappearance. She tries to maintain the precariously delicate balance of playing the two parts convincingly with both the loan and her heart at stake.

So he suddenly decides to return the advance taken from a producer and instead he wants to do a comedy film with his mentor and guru Margadarsi (K Balachandar) as his final wish. Vishwa who now calls himself Dada Thakur is determine to put an end to Dang and his PSO gang which prompts him to recruit three prisoners who are soon to be hang namely Baiju Thakur, Johnny and former terrorist Khairuddin Kisti. Soon Dada Thakur will come to realize that these prisoners are least interested in his mission as they planned their own agenda.
