The Olsen gang in Jutland. Ones again Egon Olsen has a plan when he gets out of Vridslose State Prison. He has found out that the Germans left a large sum of money (in American dollars and gold bars) in one of their commando bunkers, when they were defeated in 1945; the only problem it's in Jutland. Egon, Benny and Kjeld "appropriate" a car and drives to Jutland along with Kjelds wife and child Yvonne and Borge. They look forward to fooling the the people in Jutland, but of course, things don't go quite as planed. It ends with Benny, Kjeld, Borge and Yvonne sitting in the train back to Copenhagen, were they are overtaken by Egon in his car on the road next to the track. This is the last time the Olsen gang goes to Jutland.

The Iversen family is on the verge of bankruptcy. To solve their economic problems, Charles Iversen, the father of the family, decides to become a conman. To set off his new venture he needs 1500 kroner as a start-up, and goes to a loan shark called Leopold Phieselknast. The moneylender doesn't trust his new customer, and orders a henchman to tail him when he leaves. With raising astonishment the henchman observes the Iversen family accumulating more and more luxuries, without understanding how they can afford it. With their new fortune the family starts climbing the social ladder. They change their family name to Gyldenkål, and move to a deluxe villa in a fashionable district. To be able to pay for the house within one month, they have to swindle one million kroner from somebody. Charles befriends the wealthy financier Blaskenberg, and starts his confidence trick.
