Cis, one of the humans who have left The Matrix, is improving her skills in a virtual training program. All of the sudden she is joined by Duo, another human. After some sparring he begins a discussion about every human once in his life having doubts on making the right decision in leaving The Matrix and with it a care free life. He assures nobody can listen to them, since he blocked all communications with the interface. Cis admits she had has doubts, but Duo admits to something even bigger. He wants to return to The Matrix and Cis should come with him, even if she doesn't want to.

The Men in Black have relocated - to Universal Studios Florida. MIB Special Services has created an edutainment-type attraction called The Universe and You, out of which Intergalactic Alien Immigration Services actually operates. Once the Disney-esque program is disengaged, guests are whisked into a stainless steel elevator and into MIB headquarters. As trainees, guests are informed by Agent Zed and J that they will get zappers and be able to test inside the training simulator. Of course, as with any good attraction, something goes terribly wrong and a ship full of alien bad guys crash lands in the middle of the city, and it's up to the trainees to stop them.

This film shows the demolition of the historic Star Theatre building (formerly Wallack's) at the corner of Broadway and 13th Street, New York. To secure this unique picture a Biograph camera was kept constantly at work by specially devised electric apparatus for weeks, during which time exposures were made every four minutes, 8 hours a day. Before the contractors began their work of tearing down and after the last vestige of the building had been removed, 15 seconds of exposure at normal speed were made. Thus in the finished positive one views at first the old Star Theatre standing as it had for years looking down with serenity upon the bustle of Broadway traffic. Then as if struck by a tornado of supernatural strength, the building begins to crumble. Chimneys totters, walls cave in, and whole stories vanish, until at last the site shows only a cellar excavation; and the Broadway cars with the sidewalk procession continue as if nothing unusual had happened. When this view is shown in the reverse, the effect is very extraordinary.
