Держава даків, розташована на схилах гір уздовж Дунаю, - нова мета Імперії.Перед імператором Доміціаном стоїть задача - перетворити Дакію на провінцію Рима. Хоробрий і мужній народ на чолі з царем даків Децебалом готовий померти за свою батьківщину і свободу, не прийнявши умов загарбників.
