Documentary-style prologue follows training of O.S.S. agents for WWII work behind enemy lines. One of the group is a German "mole;" leaders Gibson and Sharkey are aware of this and scheme to feed him false info about the invasion of Europe, while the real agents go to France to find a secret V-2 rocket depot. But the German spy outsmarts them and rejoins his people knowing too much; Bob Sharkey takes the risk of going in after him.

Злочинці згодні на все, аби вибратися, навіть приєднатись до надтаємної оперативної групи Загін «Ікс»! Яке ж смертельно-небезпечне завдання заплановано на сьогодні? Збираємо разом Бладспорта, Миротворця, Капітана Бумеранґа, Щуроловку 2, Саванта, Кінґ Шарка, Блекґарда, Джавеліна та улюбленицю публіки, неврівноважену Гарлі Квін. Видаємо зброю і скидаємо (у прямому значенні слова) на віддалений ворожий острів Корто Мальтезе. Просуваючись джунґлями, повними бойовиків та партизанів, Загін прямує до місця виконання свого завдання. Разом з ними — лише полковник Рік Флеґ, який один може змусити поганців гарно поводитись та…урядова команда «технарів» Аманди Воллер, яка відстежує кожен їхній крок. Ну і як завше, один неправильний хід — і неминуча смерть. Якщо хтось хотів би зробити ставку у цій грі, то найрозумніший хід — ставити проти усіх.

The locals are tight-lipped about it, but Corbin learns that a group of former-Nazis-turned-Communists have purchased a lodge on an island in the middle of the fish-killing lake, and have built some kind of laboratory. Never one to pass up a chance to sell a story to a magazine, Matt decides to investigate. His only ally is Janet Keller, the sister of the local doctor who has been caught up in whatever those nefarious Commie-Nazis are up to. What they are up to, with Soviet financing, is the development of diseases to use in bacteriological warfare against the United States, starting right there in Minnesota.

The film takes place in 1877 during the Russian-Turkish war.
