Кожна країна багата на дивацтва. Особливо, якщо це країна з давньою історією та вишуканими традиціями. 2003 року двоє талановитих британських акторів Девід Валліамс (David Walliams) та Мет Лукас (Matt Lucas) вирішили створити комедійне радіо-шоу про дивацтва Великобританії. Проект став настільки популярним, що дуже швидко перетворився на телевізійне комедійне шоу. Так весь світ дізнався про «Малобританію» (Little Britain) – скетч-шоу із кумедними історіями про життя великобританців, їхні звички та уявлення про навколишній світ.Телеканал «Мега» першим в Україні дарує глядачам змогу насолоджуватись унікальним гумором британців та перевірити на власному досвіді – чи справді так страшно сміятись над власними недоліками?
Історії про дівчину-гопника Вікі Полард, єдиного гея у селі Давіда Томаса, про зухвалу та нестерпну офісну працівницю Керол Бір та трансвестита, який вдає з себе жінку вікторіанської епохи, Едді Говарда настільки сподобались глядачам, що «Малобританію» встигли показати у 49 країнах світу! А в США навіть створили адаптований варіант шоу – «Little Britain USA».
Формат сатиричного скетч-шоу здобув чималу популярність в пострадянських країнах: Росія зняла аналог «Малобританії» – шоу «Наша Russia», Казахстан – «Наша KZша», а Білорусь – «Наша Белораша». В Україні скетч-шоу отримало назву «Файна Юкрайна».

Sir Bernard's Stately Homes was a series of British TV comedy series first shown in 1998 on BBC Two and later re-run on Play UK. Only six 10 minute programmes were produced, all written by and starring Matt Lucas and David Walliams. It bore many similarities to the more well-known Rock Profile. The series was directed by Edgar Wright, one of the creative minds behind Asylum, Spaced, Shaun of the Dead, and Hot Fuzz, and produced by Myfanwy Moore, who would become the producer of Little Britain.The central character was Bernard Chumley, played by Matt Lucas, who was already a regular stand-up character of Lucas's and would go on to be a fixture of Little Britain. The show was transmitted from 12 May to 16 June 1998, on BBC2, Wednesdays at 10.20 p.m. In each edition, Sir Bernard and murderer/friend Anthony Rogers would investigate a number of country estates while searching for the Golden Potato, an advertising stunt which would win them a year's supply of Allen's Crisps.

Based on Terry Pratchett's Novel. On Discworld (a world carried by four elephants standing on a huge turtle in space), a small girl, Susan Sto Helit, has got a major problem. Her grandfather is Death, who wants to forget that he has just "processed" his adopted daughter and her husband who was Susan's mother and father as this is causing him great grief and Death is a person that can remember everything, much to his chagrin. Susan find herself pressed into taking over Death's "duty" but finds that she is falling in love with an elf/human, Imp, who is slowly being taken over by a kind of "musical" force that is forcing Imp and his friends to play Rock Music to the Discworld. The Rock Music is proving to be a great success, but it has got plans for Imp and everybody wanting to play it and it is up to Susan, the head of the wizards, the Archchancellor and Death (that is, if he can be found and made to remember who/what he is.) to stop it before it conquers the entire Discworld...
