Девід прибуває з майбутнього, знаючи, що Ніна незабаром покінчить із життям. Він не може змінити її долю, але вирішує прожити з нею ще один день — той, коли вони вперше зустрілися п’ятнадцять років тому. Повертаючись у спогади, він намагається заново пережити їхні почуття та знайти сенс у неминучості втрати. Їхня історія стає ніжним і болісним роздумом про любов, час і прийняття. Навіть знаючи фінал, Девід прагне зробити цей день справжнім і значущим для них обох.
