Фільм про перший в історії Північної Кореї рок-концерт. І це не звичайний концерт, а виступ славнозвісних провокаторів, словенського гурту «Лайбах». Ще із часу свого створення в Соціалістичній Югославії й дотепер ця арт-рок група висміює авторитарні тенденції різних суспільно-політичних систем – від соціалізму до фашизму та капіталізму. Та що чекає на цих провокаторів-витівників у Північній Кореї? Чи вдасться їм втілити свій задум та вкотре поглузувати над тоталітаризмом, чи, навпаки, доведеться поступитися власними принципами?
