Bancomat è un piccolo truffatore, "specializzato" in carte di credito. Una mattina deve essere scortato dal carcere al tribunale da un giovane poliziotto, frustrato aspirante scrittore. Per caso quest'ultimo si trova disarmato dal carcerato ed in sua balia. Nel frattempo arriva un altro giovane, aspirante inventore di giocattoli, che vorrebbe denunciare al poliziotto il furto della sua auto, ma viene sequestrato anche lui. La situazione precipita : un'altra auto della polizia si accorge dell'accaduto e comincia l'inseguimento. Ne succedono di tutti i colori : gli inseguiti vengono dati per morti nell'esplosione dell'auto, si trovano a dormire in un cimitero e prendono i vestiti ad un cadavere, incontrano una ragazza...particolare, che cambierà la loro vita. Continuano il tragitto insieme e diventano amici, scoprendo alla fine che......non tutto è quello che sembra ! Così è la vita !

Bancomat è un piccolo truffatore, "specializzato" in carte di credito. Una mattina deve essere scortato dal carcere al tribunale da un giovane poliziotto, frustrato aspirante scrittore. Per caso quest'ultimo si trova disarmato dal carcerato ed in sua balia. Nel frattempo arriva un altro giovane, aspirante inventore di giocattoli, che vorrebbe denunciare al poliziotto il furto della sua auto, ma viene sequestrato anche lui. La situazione precipita : un'altra auto della polizia si accorge dell'accaduto e comincia l'inseguimento. Transilvania, anno 2000. Affascinato dalle 'veline' televisive italiane che riceve con la parabolica, il conte Dracula decide di partire per l'Italia, in cerca di sangue e carne fresca. In un malandatissimo camion il fedele servitore imbarca la bara d'ordinanza su un cargo di profughi diretti verso le coste della Puglia. I malcapitati saranno il suo pasto durante il viaggio. Ma ciò che trova nel Bel Paese non corrisponde alle aspettative : dall'avito castello è costretto a vivere in un garage fuori Roma, come un qualsiasi extra-comunitario. Essendo costretto ad uscire di notte, trova tutto chiuso, eccetto un Centro Sociale, pieno di rapper e gruppi politici. Così, invece delle soubrette televisive, deve accontentarsi di travestiti e ragazzi di colore. Frequentando il Centro, una sera incontra Zora, che riempie i muri della città con il suo nome. Affascinato dalla ragazza, se ne innamora, ricambiato, al punto di giurare di non morderla. Ma i 'pasti' precedenti, nel frattempo, si sono trasformati in vampiri a loro volta. Matteo is a Roman barber. In Roma his activity is driving him almost to ruin, he is full of debts. He decides to escape from this depressing reality accepting his sister Angelina invitation to Brazil. In Rio he knows his nephew Rocco and his fiancé Giorgigna. They both drive him round Rio for the classic tour among beaches and monuments. Following the news that his former wife had a car accident Matteo decides to come back to Roma. Soon Giorgigna reaches him in Roma. But at the end the delicate economic situation in Roma oblige them to come back to Brasil, where Matteo open a new barber shop.
