Сімсот років тому Сон Ок-нам була справжнісінькою небесною феєю. Якось вона вирішила скупатися у водоспад, розташованого біля підніжжя гори Кьорьон. Спустившись у світ людей, фея занурилася у водну купіль і почала ніжитись у прохолодних водах водоспаду. Але поки вона насолоджувалась водою та сонцем, лісоруб вкрав на березі її чарівний одяг. Через це фея не змогла повернутися знову на небеса. Їй довелося залишитися на землі, вийти заміж за того самого лісоруба та народити йому дітей. Якось лісоруб не повернувся з роботи. Ок-нам дізнається, що він помер, впавши зі скелі. Колишня фея знову намагається відшукати свій чарівний одяг, щоб повернути життя чоловіку, але не знаходить і просто чекає, поки лісоруб переродиться заново. З того часу минає сім довгих століть. Ок-нам працює в звичайному кафетерії біля тієї ж гори Кьорьон і терпляче чекає на реінкарнацію чоловіка. Якось героїня розуміє, що один із двох постійних відвідувачів є її чоловіком. Але хто?
