Психіатрична лікарня Конджіам вважається одним із найвідоміших місць із привидами у Південній Кореї. Вона відкрилася у 1969 році, але незабаром там почали відбуватися загадкові події. Продовжуючи розслідування і отримуючи нові докази своєї теорії, Алекс зважується на останній крок: він пропонує своїм друзям забратися до тієї самої закинутої лікарні, де знімалися «Шукачі могил».
