Вчитель англійської знаходить на березі океану крихітного пінгвіна. Маля зовсім ослабло і ледве ворушить крилами. Том очищає його від мазуту та водоростей і відпускає на волю. Але не все так просто. За кодексом честі пінгвінів, якщо тобі врятували життя, ти маєш відплатити тим самим. Пінгвін переслідує вчителя всюди. І одного разу пробирається до нього в клас. Разом з Томом він вчить розпещених школярів доброти і турботи, а також англійської. Адже він приплив із самого Лондона, і іншої мови не розуміє. Коли успішність безнадійного класу починає зростати, про уроки пернатого педагога дізнаються всі довкола.
