Конкуренти готові на все, щоб не допустити «Конкорд» на світовий ринок. Під час першого випробувального польоту білосніжний лайнер з невідомих причин падає у води Карибського моря. Стюардесу, що дивом вижила, рятують рибалки. Як тільки звістка доходить до скандально-відомого журналіста Мозеса Броді, він вилітає на Антильські острови, щоб розслідувати трагедію.
