Bishan decides to make all arrangements to take Kishan to the city; at first he refuses but later on agrees when Bishan convinces him. In the city Kishan gets to perform in his first singing concert which turns out to be a success rendering Kishan as an over-night star; his life changes when he gets to learn that Bishan's uncle and his son, Jagdish has embezzled all the family's assets and money, his wife and son is no longer with him and he had borrowed huge sums of money to fund him as a star. Kishan then decides he will use his musical talents to fund back his friend thus stabling him back to square one but unfortunately Bishan is hold as a hostage by his uncle and Jagdish on a yacht he once owned and is forced into confessing that he had a hand in abducting numerous school children. Julie (Reena Roy) is a childhood friend of Vicky's who is in love with Vicky, but he only sees her as a friend. When Johnny discovers this, he and Julie sacrifice their own love to ensure that Vicky and Asha get together. At the same time, John's younger brother Sunny (Rishi Kapoor) has fallen for Asha's younger sister, Kim (Kim). Kim and Asha also happen to be the daughters of Jaggi, the man Namdev supposedly murdered. Namdev returns soon after and plans to take revenge against Damu and Raghu for separating him from his two sons Johnny and Sunny. The lives of all these characters become inter wined and Naseeb becomes a poignant story about love, friendship, sacrifice, deceit, revenge and above all, destiny.

And finally there are the Roys - Navinchandra, a hard-nosed businessman, who will never undertake anything unless there is a high level of profit for him, his son, Shekhar, who he hopes to groom after himself, and his quiet, devout wife. Navin realizes Gurcharan's plight and offers Lolita a job at his office in order to enable the family to survive. Shekhar and Lolita are attracted to each other, but Navin does not approve of this, as he wants Shekhar to get married to Gayetri Tatya, the daughter of his wealthy business associate. Then chaos descends on these families when Girish returns home, is attracted to Lolita and would like to marry her; Lolita finds out that Navin is bent on recovering his loan by evicting her family to a filthy go-down until they can find other means, and intends to build a five star hotel. And finally there are the Roys - Navinchandra, a hard-nosed businessman, who will never undertake anything unless there is a high level of profit for him, his son, Shekhar, who he hopes to groom after himself, and his quiet, devout wife. Navin realizes Gurcharan's plight and offers Lolita a job at his office in order to enable the family to survive. Shekhar and Lolita are attracted to each other, but Navin does not approve of this, as he wants Shekhar to get married to Gayetri Tatya, the daughter of his wealthy business associate. Then chaos descends on these families when Girish returns home, is attracted to Lolita and would like to marry her; Lolita finds out that Navin is bent on recovering his loan by evicting her family to a filthy go-down until they can find other means, and intends to build a five star hotel. Lolita must now act quickly to get her father to return the loan amount to Navin. But how will Gurcharan get 1.50 lakhs in so short a time? It does look like his family is destined to be evicted and face a life of destitution.

Joshi meets Ajay and Ria then tells them the truth behind the whole incident. It seems that Joshi's teenage daughter died because of a brutal rape by the man whom he would later slay. Revealing while "on camera" that this man and his partners have been destroying everything in pursuit of their goals, Joshi declares that he killed the man in revenge, almost without thinking. "If that is terrorism, I'm a terrorist", he concludes. Later, Joshi is put into prison and sentenced to death. On the day of his execution, the reporters and general public lead a silent march, flying the national flag of India, to find Joshi and to expose the truth. He is freed, and justice is secured.
