«Цей фільм може врятувати вам життя». Фільм про дослідження американських незалежних вчених про вплив раціону харчування на ймовірність захворювань діабетом, різними видами раку, серцево-судинними, аутоімунними захворюваннями та іншими.В результаті кілька всесвітньо визнаних вчених і практикуючих лікарів прийшли до схожих і цілком однозначних висновків: вживання білків і жирів тваринного походження є провідним чинником, що провокує розвиток багатьох захворювань. Також в ході досліджень з'ясувалося, що навіть у випадках, коли пацієнти вже виявлялися вражені цими захворюваннями — перехід на повністю рослинну дієту без додавання будь-якого тваринного білка, жиру і промислово перероблених продуктів, не тільки припиняв розвиток цих захворювань, але в деяких випадках звертав їх назад.
