Історія дружби між Анею та її свекрухою Лідкою. Аня — сильна духом і рішуча. Лідка — її протилежність, соромʼязлива і стримана. Вона щойно покинула свого чоловіка-кривдниа. Жінки зустрічаються у газетному кіоску, яким керує Аня. Вони працюють над запитом про розлучення, що дозволить Лідці почати нове життя без страху та насильства. Попри жорсткі слова та постійні виклики, між ними поступово виникає звʼязок, який надає їм сміливості та сили.«Кіоск» — дуже емоційний фільм про жіночу солідарність перед обличчям знущань.
Вступаючи до їхнього обмеженого простору, ми знайомимося з персонажками, які, здавалося б, стоять на відстані простягнутої руки. Кожен жест, погляд і сльоза стають надзвичайно потужними, коли дивишся на них зблизька.
