A frog is driving his alligator-shaped car when he is stopped by a shapely she-frog who steps into the road. She tells him that her house is haunted, so he goes along to assist. The inside of the house is full of insane ghosts and ghouls, so the frog requests the usage of a telephone.There IS a telephone, but it's in the basement, and a smartly-dressed lizard advises him not to go down there. This he does through song, as performed by the Mystical Knights of Oingo Boingo, and we have a mini-music video segment showing the lizard harassing the two frogs throughout various locations around the house.
The frog, using his "Nut Detector", figures that the house is full of nuts - literally. All of the ghosts, goblins and monsters drop their skins to reveal themselves as a variety of different nuts and legumes. Whilst some of them are stopped by nutcrackers or chased off by squirrels, a lot of them get angry and start chasing the frog, so him and the she-frog go into the basement and board ...

Screws twist out of objects and move about. A boy doll catches light with a mirror, shining it around: he spotlights the gaunt explorer. An adult female doll stands with breasts exposed. Mechanical spools and wheels turn. The gaunt man investigates. Four doll men surround him, dress him in colorful clothes, invite him to look inside displays that include drawings of penile skeletons. Female dolls awkwardly rotate their arms from broken shoulders. The gaunt man watches. Bruno Schultz is quoted.

Each of Adam's actions - at first he can't stand up, then he barks like a dog, then he sleeps - requires God's intervention. After Adam discovers how small the planet is, how little there is to do, and God's unwillingness to let him leave the Earth, he is depressed, lonely and disconsolate. So God asks Adam's patience for a few minutes while He fashions a companion for Adam. Adam is delighted: he dons a bow tie, uses mouthwash, and finds a bouquet of flowers. Is God thinking what Adam is thinking?

In Prague, a professorial puppet, with metal pincers for hands and an open book for a hat, takes a boy as a pupil. First, the professor empties fluff and toys from the child's head, leaving him without the top of his head for most of the film. The professor then teaches the lad about illusions and perspectives, the pursuit of an object through exploring a bank of drawers, divining an object, and the migration of forms. The child then brings out a box with a tarantula in it: the professor puts his "hands" into the box and describes what he feels. The boy receives a final lesson about animation and film making; then the professor gives him a brain and his own open-book hat.

Настав день, коли ледачий літній сторожовий пес стає нікому не потрібний, і господарі вирішують його прогнати зі двору.
