Звісно, можна сказати, що це історія про перукаря, який дуже давно втратив дружину при трагічних обставинах, а доньку врятував Лакшмі, те що стало їхнім сімейним божеством...Але ні. Це історія не про дурбелика-перукаря, не про містичну силу речей, яку їм надають люди, навіть не про продажність та прогнилість індійських поліцаїв. Це історію про жорстоку карму. Це про те, що за червоні, криваві діаманти, ти сам заплатиш своєю кров'ю. Це сумна, трагічна історія, але про сильних людей, не тільки тілом, а й духом.
Махараджа цього року потрапив у списки найкращих фільмів світу. Ми усією командою рекомендуємо вам подивитися його. Не обривати на початку, не плювати й завершувати на середині, бо наче якесь незрозуміле, а додивитися до кінця. Тут декілька часових ліній, що й плутає глядача, тут історія не про те, що нам намагаються показати з самого початку.
