Горезвісний мандрівник морів вісімнадцятого століття, капітан Вало, він же «Кривавий Пірат», і його команда морських розбійників захоплюють іспанський галеон, повний зброї й амуніції.Коли Вало вирішує продати свій прибуток Ель Лібре, проводиреві заколотників з острова Кобра, іспанський представник, барон Купа, пропонує піратові п'ятдесят тисяч флоринів в обмін на Ель Лібре.

The last, and aptly-titled, of Gene Autry's starring westerns finds Pony Express rider Gene Autry (Gene Autry) deciding to start a stage line to carry the mail, since with the coming of the telegraph, the need for the Pony Express no longer exists. He is fired by his boss Tom McEwen (John Downey) for being disloyal. Scheming townsmen Clyde Vesey (Howard Wright), Jess Hogan (Arthur Space') and Dutch Murdoch (Gregg Barton), in order to get a government mail contract for themselves, try to discredit McEwen's Pony Express riders by holding up rider Johnny Blair Dickie Jones), who is in love with McEwen's daughter Katie (Kathlee Case'). Gene and his pal Smiley (Smiley Burnette') smash the renegades and finally establish their own stage line, and Gene and which every version of "Champion' (Champion(II)' he was riding at the moment exit after 18 years of genre-changing B-westerns. A ruthless, comical, fun-loving, romantic rebel general, General Jose Juan Reyes, preparing to make a stand against the Mexican-government army takes over a small Mexican town and imprisons the town leaders, including the father of fiery Maria Dolores Penafiel, who is among those citizens who take a stand against Reyes. Maria protests by slapping the face of Reyes, (the first of many times) and he is so enthralled by her spirit that he immediately declares she must become his wife. In response, she shows some more spirit, she sets off a firecracker under his horse. Reyes begins to soften and, with the aid of Father Sierra and Maria, who is about to marry her local suitor, he helps the town fight an influenza epidemic. He decides to retreat than stage a battle in the town against the advancing government troops. Maria is so stirred by the bugles of the retreating rebels, that she leaves her marriage ceremony and marches with Reyes and his ragged army across the desert into the sunset. Hello, Marlene Dietrich.

He's managed to get hold of one of Stuart's tally books that clearly shows he was selling cattle that didn't belong to him. Stuart and his partner Legare will go to any lengths to stop Hardin before he can put the evidence before a court. Beautiful dance hall performer Jeanne Starr arrives in San Antonio under contract to Stuart and Legare but she is clearly smitten with the handsome Hardin. When the army is called away, Hardin and his supporters are left on their own to defend themselves.

Later that night she is murdered in Hannay's flat. Hannay takes it on himself to thwart the enemy agents. This involves travelling to Scotland and keeping one step ahead of the police who are looking for him in connection with the murder of the woman.
