4.5 Сюжет
Керівництво Мега-Фірми стурбоване тим, що співробітники абсолютно вибилися з-під контролю. Раптом вони згадують про найпослушнішого і виконуючого обов'яки працівника - бухгалтера Уґо Фантоцці. Вони вирішують запросити його знову на роботу, але от лихо - він помер кілька років тому. Але керівництво компанії це не зупиняє. За допомогою новітніх технологій, використовуючи волосся покійного бухгалтера, учені створюють клона, який нічим не відрізняється від небіжчика. Фантоцці впізнає свою дружину, свого директора і з наступного ж дня ревно береться виконувати свої службові обов'язки.Але доля готує йому декілька сюрпризів - відпочинок в закритому притулку для дітей мільйонерів, тривала епопея з лотерейним квитком, що мало не коштувала бухгалтерові сімейного щастя, проблеми з раптово приїхавшою погостювати до бабусі з дідусем внучкою, несподіване запрошення на новорічний банкет до графині і навіть зустріч з інопланетянином.

I due decidono di fare il grande passo e si spostano a al nord. Ma organizzare un colpo in due non è cosa facile e così, piano piano, la banda si allarga; prima con la bella Deborah e poi con tutti gli altri. Ma l'arte del furto deve essere ben conosciuta e i nostri eroi non sembrano esservi molto versati.

Fra il gruppo delle isole Eolie vi è la piccola Panarea in cui si svolge il film per la durata di un fine settimana. Si intrecciano diverse storie tra cui prendono risalto quella di Enrico che cerca di amoreggiare con Maria, ma si trova sempre tra i piedi la sorella minore Claudia. Quella di Riccardo e Luca che cercano di accalappiare Alessandra. Quella di una villa lasciata dai genitori al figlio inesperto che si fa prendere la mano dal cameriere. Poi torna l'aliscafo e riporta tutti a casa.
