Dr. Orlof, a former prison doctor, abducts beautiful women from nightclubs and tries to use their skin to repair his daughter's fire-scarred face. He is assisted by Morpho, a deformed monstrosity who delights in biting his victims. Orlof had better hurry, though -- a young police inspector and his ballerina girlfriend are onto his sadistic practices.

Сюжет
Доктор Z приїжджає на конгрес учених, щоб представити своє нове революційне відкриття. За допомогою маніпуляцій із спинним мозком він навчився впливати на людину або тварину. Він може зробити із злочинця законопокірного громадянина і навпаки, а дику тварину перетворити на домашнього улюбленця. Все, що йому потрібно - дозвіл на проведення дослідів над людьми. Але конгрес учених навіть не побажав вислухати старезного доктора і підняв його на сміх. Прямо в залі у Доктора трапився серцевий напад, і він помер.
