Kudret has always lived life by the book. Until, that is, his routine is turned upside down by a succession of surprise events. Kudret jumps into his much loved car and sets off for Antep on a journey that will take him from one end of the country to the other. As he clocks up the miles, so he makes a bunch of new friends. But at the same time, everything that could possibly go wrong with the car goes wrong and everyone who could possibly go after Kudret and his crew goes after them. By the end of the marathon trip, Kudret will have discovered both the value of true friendship and the delights of living without rules.

We assume that the boy is talking to a psychiatrist, but it later turns out that the case is not so much clinical, as it is personal. Apparently, the boy's extended family is selling their 50-year-old house, which was bought by and still belongs to Grandfather Mahir (Can Kolukisa). Mahir is a highly devout man; he's 84 years old, and seems to have accepted that his son and daughter need the money from the sale. Unfortunately, things start going wrong when the family sits down to close the deal at the land registry office; the old man starts experiencing mild amnesia and the officials ask the family to get an official sanity report for their beloved patriarch. The good doctor taking care of Mahir puts it simple and easy: Mahir is experiencing dissociative personality syndrome and thinks that he's a Greek Orthodox tavern owner who is in dire need of Turkish Raki.

Celal, lives an unhappy family life with his wife Sevilay and his child in a small town. Celal and his brother Cemal, running an electrician shop which doesn't go well. They are in debt. The only fun they have is going to the night clubs in Samsun. Celal's love for Sibel Ceylan who works in the night club, will cause him trouble. Celal's wife, Sevilay, saves her money, sent by her father who lives in Germany. She is unaware of the fact that Celal knows her secret. Living an unhappy life, Celal thinks that this money will be his salvation and makes a plan. He gets an automatic door fixed to his car.
