Сандра повертається на роботу після тривалого лікарняного. Керівники підприємства з виробництва сонячних батарей, помітили, що її відсутність ніяк не вплинула на продуктивність праці. Тому Сандру можна безболісно скоротити, і виплатити чинним робітникам премію в розмірі тисячі євро на людину. Сплата премії залежить від згоди працівників на звільнення Сандри, згода з'ясовується найдемократичнішим способом - голосуванням. Тільки двоє колег Сандри проти її звільнення. Решта безкорисливо вибирають гроші. Сандра не згідна з підсумками голосування, і домагається повторної процедури. Для того, щоб змінити думку колег у неї є два дні, і одна ніч...
