Сюжет

Документальна стрічка "Більше, сильніше, швидше" досліджує тему вживання стероїдів на власному досвіді режисера Крістофера Белла і його двох братів, які виховувалися на прикладах Арнольда Шварценеггера, Халка Хогана і Сильвестра Сталлоне. У фільмі також задіяні професійні атлети, медичні експерти, члени фітнес-центрів і американський конгресмен - всі вони говорять на тему анаболічних стероїдів.
Крім питання про анаболіки, фільм "Більше, сильніше, швидше" зачіпає тему про те, що громадська думка в питаннях вживання наркотиків та допінгу (з метою досягнення успіху), вкрай не постійна. Сюди включені такі проблеми, як лазерна корекція зору 20/15, яку зробив собі Тайгер Вудс (професійний гравець у гольф), використання професійними музикантами ліків, які зменшують тривогу або залежність атлетів від уколів кортизону, який є легальним стероїдом.
Також фільм досить скептично розглядає заяви про те, що стероїди шкодять здоров'ю і вкрай критично налаштований по відношенню до виробників так званого здорового харчування.
