Молода пара відпочиває в маленькому сільському готелі. Раптово чоловік виявляється викраденим Смертю. Жінка знаходить таємничий вхід в потойбічний світ і зустрічається зі Смертю, яка розповідає їй три разних історії, що відбуваються в разних, деколи несподіваних місцях.
