Сюжет
Ніби простенький злочинець пограбував велику американську шишку, і щоб залишитись живим тікає в Мексику. Там його ловить прикордонний патруль, і виявивши в нього файні гроші забирає їх, а самого "ґрінґо" садить в дуже незвичну в'язницю "Ель Пуабліто". В'язниця ця звісно ж належить крутій мексиканській шишці, до якої звісно і потрапляють гроші нашого "ґрінґо". Тож зараз аби повернути "свої" гроші "ґрінґо" доведеться розібратись з двома крутими шиками, та й ще заодне врятувати одну нещасну сім'ю. Vidya Bagchi (Vidya Balan) arrives in kolkata from London to find her missing husband Arnab Bagchi. Seven months pregnant and alone in a festive city, she begins a relentless search for her husband. With nothing to rely on except fragments from her memories about him, all clues seem to reach a dead end when everyone tries to convince Vidya that her husband does not exist. She slowly realises that nothing is what it seems.
