«Швидка на периферії» — це повнометражний документальний фільм режисера та автора ідеї Дмитра Грешка. У 2020-му світ раптово став на паузу через епідемію коронавірусу. Зупинилось життя мегаполісів та цілих країн. У ці часи саме робота медиків виходить на перший план, хоча десятиліттями лишалась переважно непомітною. Лікарям доводиться обирати, чиє життя рятувати у першу чергу, а кому доведеться чекати.Нам дуже важко осягнути загрозу, яку неможливо відчути на дотик або на смак, тож чим далі від центральних міст, тим більш умовним виглядає карантин на практиці і тим менше дотримуються його правил місцеві жителі. Весілля, масові святкування лише збільшують кількість хворих на коронавірус. Лікарні переповнені, лікарі працюють понаднормово.
Наша мета показати, як закарпатські лікарі рятують життя завдяки індивідуальному героїзму та відданості професії, що мотивує людей попри невисоку зарплатню ризикувати власними життями та боротись з небезпечною хворобою. Ситуацію ускладнює й особливість Закарпатського регіону, де чималу кількість від загального числа жителів складають угорці, які погано володіють українською мовою та іноді не можуть порозумітись з українськими лікарями через погане володіння державною мовою.

They organize an open call for the position of Minister of the Interior, and an unknown lawyerfrom a small town, Vladimir Meciar, vies for the job. He wins and proceeds to rise to the very top.
While governing he becomes a benevolent dictator, ruling the country using tools of corruption, propaganda and organized crime. While events like the division of Czechoslovakia or the kidnapping of the President's son unfold, Tereza and her friends are playing children's games of politics, casting Meciar in the lead role.
The documentary LUST FOR POWER doesn’t only cover one chapter in Slovak political history. It raises universal and very current questions, because Meciar-like political archetypes keep popping up all over the world.
Are we ever going to find out, why we tend to put blind faith in authoritarian leaders?
