But Chan must solve the mystery before Monogram is depleted of out-of-date film stock. Can he?

Чарівний шахрай Елвуд стоїть на сторожі свободи під час денної служби на американській військовій базі під Штуттгартом, а решту часу займається торгівлею усіляким армійським крамом. Більше від нудьги ніж через жадібність, молодий солдат, не позбавлений здорового глузду і почуття гумору, розгортає мережу операцій на чорному ринку - його команда варить наркотики в армійському підвалі, постачає німецьких домогосподарок американськими засобами для чищення і всіляко допомагає "скинути" своїм покупцям припаси армії, від картоплі до запчастин. Однієї чудової днини, Елвуд і його команда знаходять справжній приз - склад ракет і боєголовок, який вони негайно сховали у потайне місце.
