У недалекому майбутньому Йокогама перетворюється на один із найнебезпечніших мегаполісів Азії після скасування жорсткого контролю над зброєю. Місто охоплює насильство, а північний район Аоба стає справжнім лігвом злочинності. Коли банда «Брати Джек» жорстоко вбиває чоловіка й доньку Міллі просто в неї на очах, вона дивом виживає та клянеться помститися. Озброївшись відновленим мечем і майже надлюдською рішучістю, Міллі вирушає до занедбаного заводу, де ховаються вбивці. Там на неї чекає кривава, безжальна бійня.
