In 1648, Sir Edmund Blackadder, descendant of Prince Edmund Plantagent and currently the sole member of the noble dynasty, is one of two people who stayed loyal to King Charles I after Oliver Cromwell's threat, the other being Baldrick, descendant of a pig farmer and a bearded lady. To protect his liege, Sir Edmund has hid the king (the series has already proven to us that the royals are insane) in Blackadder Hall, but Baldrick unwittingly betrays the ruler when Cromwell arrives at the Hall. Blackadder decides he must save the king when he is sentenced to execution, and becomes frustrated when Baldrick cluelessly accepts a job as executioner- until he realizes he may be able to use it to save Charles...

Roger Rabbit once again is chosen for the dangerous task of babysitting Baby Herman and everything is going to be just fine. "Not like last time!!" Baby Herman immediately swallows his rattle and is rushed to the hospital. The rattle get's out, but then Roger swallows it and doctors are about to cut him open when the lunch whistle goes off. Roger and Herman blast off around the hospital on a jet powered "Hare Splitter" machine. They get blown into the air, the rattle is rescued and everything is fine - until Roger sees the hospital bill!

Pooh invents a new game, "Pooh Sticks", and everyone contributes to Eeyore's party, there's flat balloons, storage honey pots with Owl's hand writing on them, and a game of Pooh Sticks which Tigger claims he likes, but immediately hates it because he lost. It turns out to be a happy birthday celebration after all.

A passionate cook, acclaimed filmmaker Werner Herzog stuffs some culinary aromatics into his shoe and uses the laces to truss it like a chicken, before he sticks it into a pot with water and duck fat to stew it. It is so that he can bring the stewed shoe to one of the first screenings of Errol Morris' debut film Gates of Heaven (1978) to eat it. This act will fulfill his loss of a bet to Morris, who he met as a student filmmaker, that he would never be able to make a movie. The bet was not Herzog's attempt of a jab against Morris, but rather to support a struggling but gifted Morris in his quest to do whatever was required to finance a movie project. In the process of eating the shoe, Herzog wants to encourage other aspiring filmmakers, and to set an agenda of increasing what he calls adequate images as a true reflection of the world.
