Сюжет
Кожну зиму, протягом кількох тисячоліть, в крижаних пустелях Антарктики - найнегостиннійшій частині Землі - відбувається найдивовижніша мандрівка. Тисячі імператорських пінгвінів залишають надійну глибочинь океану, виходять на холодну землю та розпочинають свою тривалу подорож в глиб настільки негостинного та холодного континента, що там немає жодної форми життя.
