Усе починається в той день, коли жителі маленького пенджабського сільця, вирішивши відпочити від «благодіянь» Хеппі, чиє постійне прагнення всім допомагати приносить купу неприємностей і масу руйнувань, відсилають його в Австралію зі свідомо нездійсненною місією — повернути на рідну землю Лакхана Сінгха, або Лакі, що кілька років назад виїхав із села й став королем австралійських гангстерів.Але Хеппі, з яким вічно щось приключається, сідає не на той літак і замість Австралії виявляється в Єгипті.
