Jim Kane is a loser cowboy in Nogales, Arizona.He has more good nature than good sense and often takes jack-of-all-trades jobs. His bank loans are jeopardized when his latest horse purchase is a bust. His horses are quarantined with STD. Jim is broke. The local hotel clerk sympathetic about his situation lets him live in the hotel maid's room for free. His ex-wife goes gentle on him when he cannot make the alimony payments. Jim turns down his uncle's offer of a job but accepts a deal to buy cattle in Mexico for a shady businessman who has a bad reputation. Jim travels to Mexico where he teams up with another loser, an old friend by the name of Leonard, who moved to Mexico in order to pursue one of his many failed get-rich-quick schemes. The two amigos set out to buy Mexican cattle from various local ranchers but they experience difficulties and soon run into trouble.

They discover that the town has no sheriff, and soon take over that position, much against the will of the mostly white townsfolk. Dracula goes to the Old West and while riding on a stage learns that one of the passengers is on her way to meet her daughter at her ranch. Accompanying her is her brother who hasn't seen her daughter. Dracula the arranges for some Indians to attack the stage coach and kill everybody. He then assumes her brother's identity and plots to make her daughter his mate. When he shows up he meets the girl who introduces him to her fiancé, William Bonney aka billy the kid, who has reformed. When a European family who had earlier encountered Dracula decides to protect the girl and warns Billy of the danger. Billy then wonders if the man is her uncle. And it doesn't help that no one believes him and the ranch's former foreman is doing what he can to discredit Billy.

West and Gordon must stop him before President Cleveland is replaced, but the job won't be easy as the mad scientist has at his disposal a wide assortment of advanced weapons-ranging from robots to atomic bombs.

Lovestruck and completely oblivious to Pete, he foils the robbery while getting to know the girl better. This earns him a reputation as a great gunslinger and he is challenged to apprehend Pete. Pete tries to get his revenge on Goofy but every attempt backfires due to Goofy's clumsiness usually directed unintentionally at Pete.
