Щодня йому доводиться з боями проходити ізраїльський пункт пропуску щоби потрапити на студію. Він знайомиться з командиром пункту Ассі, чия дружина дуже любить серіал. Щоби справити на неї враження, Ассі долучається до написання сценарію. Зрештою Салам усвідомлює, що ідеї Ассі можуть сприяти його підвищенню.
