Спроби зупинити розповсюдження порноролика ні до чого не приводять: інтернет, як то кажуть, все пам’ятає. Попри всі зусилля агітаторів, люди неохоче вступають до Комуністичної Партії, і взагалі, Румунія досі лишається 100% центральноєвропейською капіталістичною країною за ментальністю. Саме в цей час молоді Янку та Мара вирішують одружитися. Батьки запрошують гостей, ріжуть корови й свині та дістають з льохів добірне румунське вино. Та от невдача! Несподівано помирає радянський вождь Іосіф Сталін і комуністи на 7 днів забороняють будь-які забави, в акурат перед самісіньким весіллям! Невже доведеться викидати наїдки та виливати трунки? Ні! Весілля таки вирішують зіграти, але тихо...
