Gopal, Lucky, Madhav and Laxman - four guys bound together by their child-like notoriety, aimlessness and petty business of conning people for fun and money. Laxman is an intelligent student who is not allowed to pass by his mischievous band of friends Gopal, Madhav and mute Lucky. This is because all four friends use his hostel room to conduct their activities. He is peer-pressured into running a series of scams in order to earn himself and his friends some money. Once thrown out of college bag-n-baggage, the naughty foursome finds refuge in the bungalow of a blind couple as their grandson. A cat mouse game unfolds as Laxman's body and Gopal's voice makes for Sameer (The grandson from US). Each time the blinded Dadaji comes amidst them, hilarious situations arise Enter Nirali with a bath towel and the group now have time, place and 'resources' to fall in love. Their individual efforts at winning the lady's heart, fail, resulting in rib tickling comic scenes. Apart from their amorous interests, there is a quest for hidden treasure in the old couple's house. For, there is also a gangster in this story by the name of Babli who has his own story to tell.

International criminal and smuggler, Mogambo, wants his house to store arms and ammunition and thus give him a time-frame to vacate. Arun then decides to arrange for a tenant named Seema Sohni, a local newspaper journalist, to occupy the top flat of the house. Mogambo's men then decides to force Arun to vacate by targeting him and the children. Eventually Arun's dad's friend, Professor Sinha, introduces him to a gadget that will make him invisible, he tries this device and becomes invisible only to retaliates on Mogambo's men calling himself, "Mr. India". He also becomes popular among the people by assisting the ones who are subjected to injustice, no one knows who is this, "Mr. India", except Jugal. Things comes to a boil when one of Arun's children is killed while the others, Seema and he are abducted by Mogambo, who threatens to throw them in an acid pit if "Mr. India" does not show up. He decides to travel overseas in Dubai, in the Persian Gulf, so that he can accumulate enough wealth to get his daughter married. He decides to leave his daughter with his friend, Kishen Kumar choudhury (Rajiv Verma), wife Mrs. Kaushalya (Reema Lagoo), and son Prem (Salman Khan). Prem is supposed to marry Seema (Pervin Dastur), who is the only daughter of Kishen's business partner, Ranjeet (Ajit Vachani). But Prem falls in love with Suman. He woos her until she also falls in love with him. Kaushalya approves of Suman, but Kishan does not, and asks her to get out of his house and life, as he feels that she has taken advantage of his hospitality. Karan returns and is enraged at Kishan's behaviour. Prem is unhappy with his dad's decision, and he decides to leave home and be near Suman. But Karan does not approve of Prem, and will not let him come anywhere near Suman. Prem will now have to prove himself to Karan, that he is not the same as his dad, and is worthy of Suman's love.

He decides to leave his daughter with his friend, Kishen Kumar choudhury (Rajiv Verma), wife Mrs. Kaushalya (Reema Lagoo), and son Prem (Salman Khan). Prem is supposed to marry Seema (Pervin Dastur), who is the only daughter of Kishen's business partner, Ranjeet (Ajit Vachani). But Prem falls in love with Suman. He woos her until she also falls in love with him. Kaushalya approves of Suman, but Kishan does not, and asks her to get out of his house and life, as he feels that she has taken advantage of his hospitality. Karan returns and is enraged at Kishan's behaviour. Prem is unhappy with his dad's decision, and he decides to leave home and be near Suman. But Karan does not approve of Prem, and will not let him come anywhere near Suman. Prem will now have to prove himself to Karan, that he is not the same as his dad, and is worthy of Suman's love.
