У Біловезькій пущі сім’я створила власний рай, далекий від проблем сучасного світу. Але з появою біженців ця ідилія руйнується. Допомога тим, кого не хоче прийняти ні Польща, ні Білорусь, стає викликом, що змінює і дорослих, і дітей. Маленькі ігри перетворюються на відображення реальної кризи: лицарі та принцеси зникають, їхнє місце займають біженці й прикордонники. Фільм оголює вплив великої політики на приватні життя.
