Фільм сходить до витоків несамовитої музики, яку багато хто знає як балканський панк-рок. Музики, яку світ полюбив у фільмах Еміра Кустуріци. Головні персонажі цього фільму - музиканти групи «No Smoking Orchestra», створеної 25 років тому в Сараєво, в епоху, «коли все було можливим».Як циганський караван вони пройшли через всі трагедії своєї багатостраждальної землі, не шукаючи допомоги і не вибираючи табору. Емір Кустуріца розказує цю історію і є одночасно її героєм.
Сюжет
Фільм сходить до витоків несамовитої музики, яку багато хто знає як балканський панк-рок. Музики, яку світ полюбив у фільмах Еміра Кустуріци.
